GUESTHOUSE SERVICES
The four rooms of the guesthouse are autonomous and fully equipped with luxury, with respect to the local traditional look and feel as well as the original construction.The mirrors, the curtain rods, and the bathroom furniture bear handmade painted decorations of drawings and representations. The bed covers, the tablecloths, and the curtains are decorated with handmade traditional patterns. All the rooms are equipped with large (king size) beds with relaxing, anatomic mattresses, duvets, and anatomic hypoallergenic pillows, heating and cooling, personal bathrooms with showers (the “Renaissance” room has a bathtub), 24hour hot water supply, minibars, hair-dryers, flat screen televisions with USB ports, wooden windows, external shutters and bug screens. At the 1st and 2nd floor yards you can find tables with relaxing chairs and in the pool area there are straw sunbeds with their tables and sun umbrellas. |

RECEPTION AREA - LOUNGE
Entering from the main entrance to the left you can see a traditional desk with its chair. In the same area you can find a stylish and comfortable lounge with two two-seater sofas and a coffee table, a large bookcase with several books of literature, movie DVDs, and several music CDs. There is also a 42 inch flat screen television, with satellite reception installation, satellite internet access, DVD, and USB media player.Next to the bookcase you can find a stone-built handmade fireplace. On the right of the entrance you can find a large dining table of 14 seats. Several chairs, a small roll-top desk, and a glass door cabinet complete the room’s decoration. Old everyday objects (a tube radio, a hand-turned sewing machine, old irons used for ironing, old rails of the house) are discretely placed around the house as reminiscence of old times. |

KITCHEN
An old stone arc separates the lounge from the kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (a refrigerator with a freezer, a five-elements stove, an oven, a cooker hood, a large dishwasher, a sandwich maker, a toaster, a water boiler, a coffee maker, a hand blender, a cappuccino machine and a juice maker).A wooden table with four chairs is also available at the kitchen area. You can also find various cookware and bakeware as well as sufficient silverware and dishes to serve up to 20 people. The kitchen area is suitable for making breakfast as well as preparing a meal. |

EXTERNAL AREAS
The external areas spread at four different levels. The first level is the level of the street where you can find the parking area. At the second level there is a garden with aromatic plants and flowers. At the third level, at the end of the stone stairs, you can find the paved yard with the stone fountain surrounded by a beautiful garden. A boulder that seems to spring out of the main body of the house gives away the rocky substrate on which the building was built. Various Cretan wild flowers sprout from the boulder’s fissures. The yard has its own dining table. Under the impressive stone arc, stone stairs lead to the fourth and final level with the handmade wood-fired oven, the barbeque, the flower garden, the lawn and the 40 m2 swimming pool, 1.5 m in depth. The swimming pool is surrounded by non-slip floor tiles. Right after the pool you can find the large 80 m2 roof garden with the beautiful blue tiles and the mosaic decorations. The view there is breathtaking! The mountain, the forest and the sea, all lie at the visitors’ feet. This space has six elegant iron coffee tables and ten comfortable director’s chairs. Around the swimming pool you can also find several straw sunbeds with their small tables. Placed around the external areas are approximately 50 traditional folklore-art lights that convey a unique feeling of calmness, peace and serenity right after the sunset. |

INTERNAL STAIRS AREA
The internal wooden stairs area leading to the second floor accommodates the guest WC with the elaborate handmade painting on the wash basin and mirror furniture.Right under the stairs, you can find a wine-rack filled with wine bottles that are available to the visitors after an arrangement. Finally, you can find another WC near the swimming pool with its own shower room. Its furniture has also handmade painting decorations. |
